Sustainability Management System Design

The "sustainability" of sustainability efforts is possible through the structural management of the issue. For this purpose, we recommend reviewing the system:

  • • The plans made, the requirements in practice, and changing and/or evolving conditions should be periodically reviewed.
  • • Changing business dynamics, new priorities in the sustainability agenda, evolving technology, and trends are part of this review process.
  • • Disseminating corporate culture; supporting it with leadership, skills, and structures, is an integral part of the communication plan.
  • • In summary, review and re-planning is a cyclical perspective.
